Brett, owner at Right Time Fitness is a Firefighter and Paramedic for Rockford Fire Department for 16 years. Brett graduated from University of Dubuque in 2000 with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Sports Training. Brett played high school and college football. Brett has been a certified ISSA personal trainer for 14 years and a Certified Nutrition Specialist for 4 years. Brett incorporates a number of different movements and techniques into his innovative and energy-packed sessions. Brett likes to focus on free weights, ballistic movements, and specialty exercises no matter if it's Boot Camp, HIIT or just a regular one on one training session. He adds uniqueness to personal training.
Jeremiah Box is a former Professional Basketball Player, playing overseas and 2 years semi-pro under the NBA. Jeremiah attended Emporia State where he majored in Health and Recreation. Jeremiah was personal trainer and fitness instructor at Rockford's YMCA from 2009-2011 and holds the YMCA's record for most persons in a paid fitness class with 70. Jeremiah has run many basketball and athletic camps in many different states and the country of Lebanon where he played professional basketball from 2011-2013. Jeremiah was a sports director, personal trainer, wellness coach, and nutrition teacher for Sterling Rock Falls YMCA. Jeremiah is an expert in the areas of cardio, strength, toning, and core. Jeremiah is a certified personal trainer through Aerobics Fitness Association and American Sports and Fitness Association.
Jennifer specializes in individual and group fitness training. She is an AFFA certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She focuses on multi-functional movement patterns along with cardio, tabata, and core. Throughout her instruction she utilizes a wide range of equipment like medicine balls, TRX, free weights, and resistance bands. Jennifer is also a certified PiYo Live Instructor.
